I haven't posted in a few days but I wanted to give updates!

Insurance enrollment is still in process. I have been added to the networks for Humana, Qualchoice, and Aetna.
Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Advantage are pending.
I will also be in-network with Tricare West! This is a big one to me because I love caring for veterans and their families! I am waiting on an effective date of enrollment to be given to me before I can file any claims.
I am working on payment solutions for self-pay patients, those who would rather bypass insurance claims, or those whose insurance hasn't approved me yet. See the price list and information below!
If you have enrolled and have questions about any of this, please reach out on the patient portal so we can communicate back and forth!
As always, I appreciate you all for your support! Have a great weekend!
***INTRODUCTORY PRICING FOR SELF-PAY PATIENTS***
These prices are for patients who choose to pay cash or not file on insurance. As always, these prices are subject to change with fluctuations in costs beyond my control. If you have insurance, and still would like to pay cash, you can submit your itemized statement to your insurance and they will review it for possible reimbursement. I CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED BY INSURANCE.
EXAMPLE: Imagine you come to see me for something like flu and covid symptoms... your cost would be the acute care exam ($55) plus the flu and covid swab ($15). Total cost $70. I've done my best to bundle common labs I order for common conditions. I will develop pricing in the coming days for the wellness services (when I have a more accurate picture of the cost analysis for those services).
