GENTLEMEN!!! It’s time to put the spotlight on your health!
I’m very passionate about helping people regain a better quality of life as they age.
Men—you are not exempt from going through hormonal changes. While much of the focus in this area is on women, it’s important to discuss how aging may affect you. Once you reach your mid-40s, you have a 40% chance of being deficient in testosterone. This condition has a name: Andropause.

We measure testosterone in nanograms per deciliter. Every 10 years, your levels, on average, reduce by 100 nanograms. To simplify that, each year you average a 10ng loss of testosterone.
You can see how the effects of this will add up over time.
So, what does testosterone do, besides the “obvious” gender-related functions?
🫀 It helps reduce inflammation in your heart vessels.
🩸It also helps your blood cells repair themselves
💪🏻It increases muscle mass and strength
🦴 It increases bone density
🤗 It helps regulate mood
Testosterone is linked to over 3,000 functions in your body!
Many men are reluctant to discuss this with their provider due to embarrassment. I can promise you that you are NOT ALONE.
If you struggle with…
🥱Fatigue
😮💨Reduced capacity for physical activity
🏃🏻♂️ Working out, but seeing NO GAINS
🙇🏻♂️Depressed mood
🥴Brain fog
…. and other changes related to t
estosterone function…
