Hello! This is Michelle Rawls, APRN, here to announce that I will be opening my own practice, Harmony Health and Wellness, on Jan 5, 2026!

I have over 25 years experience in healthcare, with 8 of those being a nurse practitioner! My certification is in Family Practice. I am experienced in treating acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages. I have recently begun training to include hormone optimization services as well.

My goal in creating this practice was simple: I want to provide individualized care to improve the quality of life for all patients. This has always been my goal as a provider, and I have been trained to do this by some the best physicians. It's been a personal goal of mine for some time to practice independently.
