Patients may choose to pay cash or not file on insurance. Prices are subject to change with fluctuations in costs beyond my control. If you have insurance, and still would like to pay cash, you can submit your itemized statement to your insurance and they will review it for possible reimbursement. I CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED BY INSURANCE.
